About the role This is an Engineering Manager role within Front's Paris product team, focused on AI and automation capabilities for the Workflows pod. You will manage a senior engineering team, drive an ambitious roadmap, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering counterparts across Paris, San Francisco, and Santiago. Responsibilities - Grow teams by coaching engineers and attracting and hiring top talent - Partner cross-functionally with Product and Design to innovate and execute product initiatives - Bring engineering expertise to transform ideas into features and improve automation experiences - Own architectural design, implementation, and quality of work produced by your teams - Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as part of Front's engineering management team Requirements - 3+ years of industry experience leading teams building highly available, large-scale software systems - Proven track record of recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top talent - Strong track record delivering projects of significant complexity and high ambiguity - Strong product mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth environment - Clear, structured thinking and excellent communication skills - Knowledge of modern web technologies and excitement to learn new ones - Experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company - Passion and curiosity for AI technologies Nice to have - Not specified Benefits & perks - Competitive salary + equity (post-Series D) - Fully covered private health insurance - Paid parental leave - Generous paid time off including Winter Break (Christmas to New Year's) - Hybrid flexibility: remote Mondays and Fridays, in-office Tue–Thu - Mental health support via Workplace Options - Family planning support via Maven - €75/month Lifestyle Stipend for fitness, wellness, and activities Compensation Base salary €95K–€115K depending on skills, experience, and location.
