1. Service
AIJobsRush ("the Service") is a paid job listing platform operated by Poplab OÜ ("we", "us", "our"), focused on AI-related roles. We publish and promote job listings submitted by employers ("you", "Customer") after manual review.
2. Listings and review
Each submitted listing is manually reviewed before publication, typically within 24 hours. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that we believe are misleading, off-topic, or violate this agreement. Published listings remain live for 30 days from the date of publication.
3. Payment terms
Pricing is displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. All fees are one-time, charged per listing, and are due in full at purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
4. Refunds
Because each listing involves manual review and promotional work, fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published. If your listing has not yet been reviewed or published and you wish to cancel, contact aijobsrush@poplab.io and we will work with you in good faith.
5. Content policy
You are solely responsible for the content of your listings. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, discriminatory (including on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic), misleading, fraudulent, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise inappropriate. We may remove non-compliant listings without refund.
6. Intellectual property
By submitting a listing, you grant Poplab OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, distribute, and promote that listing across AIJobsRush and our marketing channels for the duration of the listing.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific number of views, applications, or hires resulting from a listing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the listing in question.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
