Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AIJobsRush is operated by Poplab OÜ. We are the "data controller" of personal data collected through aijobsrush.com under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

• Account & contact info: your name, email, and company.
• Listing content: job descriptions, company logo, location, and apply links you submit.
• Payment metadata: billing details, transaction ID, and last 4 digits of your card, processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device info, and basic usage analytics needed to operate the Service.

3. How we use it

• To publish and promote your job listings.
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, listing status, support replies).
• To comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.

Legal bases under GDPR: performance of a contract (publishing your listing), legal obligation (accounting, tax), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of trusted processors:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase / Lovable Cloud — application database and hosting.
• Email delivery providers for transactional emails.

These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards. Some may be located outside the EU/EEA; in those cases we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

5. Data retention

Published listings are kept live for 30 days and archived afterwards. Account and order records are retained for as long as required by Estonian accounting law (typically 7 years). You can request earlier deletion of data that is not subject to a legal retention obligation.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention requirements.
• Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to operate the Service (e.g. session and security cookies). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
