About the role The AI Engineer – Generative AI & Agentic Systems will join the Data & AI practice to build production-ready AI solutions using modern LLM and agentic technologies. The role focuses on designing and implementing systems that leverage LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and intelligent automation for customers across industries in the Americas region. Responsibilities - Design and implement AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agents, semantic search, and multimodal AI for real-world client use cases. - Build, deploy, and optimize production-scale AI workflows and services on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions and iterate based on experimentation and data. Requirements - Strong hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or AI engineering with exposure to production-scale solutions. - Deep practical experience with generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, vector search, embeddings, agents, and AI workflow orchestration. - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field. Nice to have - Experience with MCP, multi-agent systems, fine-tuning, LLM evaluation frameworks, multimodal AI, or production ML observability. - Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
