About the role Inspire11 is looking for an AI/ML Consultant (Chicago, IL) to join their data consulting practice. The role involves working directly with clients to uncover data insights, build BI dashboards, and deliver end-to-end data solutions in collaboration with Digital, Design, and Engineering teams. The position requires willingness to work onsite at Inspire11 or client locations as needed. Responsibilities - Discover and understand client needs by performing stakeholder interviews, data profiling, and process mapping. - Analyze raw data sets, data flows, and business logic for insights, trends, accuracy, and performance. - Design, build, and implement BI reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools. - Interface with the client throughout the delivery process and apply Agile methodology to manage client workstreams. - Collaborate with Digital, Design, and Engineering practices to deliver end-to-end solutions. Requirements - At least 2 years of consulting experience with a focus on data analysis. - Extensive experience in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Ability to stay organized and flexible; excellent communication skills. - Experience collaborating with and presenting work to clients and stakeholders. - Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments. - Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
