About the role
The AI/ML Consultant role focuses on data analysis and business intelligence delivery for client engagements. The consultant works directly with stakeholders to uncover needs, analyze data, and build BI reports and dashboards. The role operates in an Agile environment and collaborates across Digital, Design, and Engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform stakeholder interviews, data profiling, and process mapping to discover client needs
- Analyze raw data sets, data flows, and business logic for insights, trends, accuracy, and performance
- Design, build, and implement BI reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools
- Interface with clients throughout the delivery process
- Collaborate with Digital, Design, and Engineering practices to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Apply Agile methodology to manage client workstreams
Requirements
- At least 2 years of consulting experience with a focus on data analysis
- Extensive experience in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder audiences
- Ability to stay organized and flexible in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
- Willingness and ability to work onsite at Inspire11 or client locations as needed

Compensation
